As a leader, I like to create a trusting environment, while keeping a professional tone. I will let others know that we have expectations of them that are important to uphold. Completing things in a timely manner means that you have respect for the team, and for yourself as a team member. I believe building their confidence will lead to punctuality. If I see a member falling behind, I think it is important to check in with them and determine what it is that is causing them to struggle. I will support them in this however I can.

I worked as a phlebotomist for the American Red Cross for 2 years. Phlebotomy is a very strategic and detail oriented practice, as each stick must be perfect to avoid mishaps.
