I believe that authenticity means genuine care and concern for people around you. If an individual is authentic, I feel that they are trustworthy and will do their best to care for you

How do you create FOMO and social proof?
FOMO is typically created when people feel that they are missing out on an event or activity that they potentially could have participated in but are not. FOMO typically is anxiety induced. Social proof is the act of people mimicking the behavior that may be regarded as the norm in order to be accepted or perceived to be accepted.

If a customer left a negative review how would you respond?
I would do my best at first to ask if we could further discuss the negative comments, possibly through email. I would take note to learn what the customer found so displeasing about the product and deliver that information to the team responsible for quality control.
