How do you think about the difference between content that builds a brand vs. content that drives a purchase?
I think content that builds a brand is less wild/ daring and more informative about the product/ founder etc. whereas content that drives purchases are more out there with phrasing and buzz words.

I would film after a Squash session as a college athlete and drink Sousa, explain the benefits and add fun music to show the product and how it’s a great addition to any athletic routine.

How would you increase engagement for a new Supplement brand on social media?
Look for health and wellness content creators and focus on branding through them. Additionally extending the scope by advertising it as a product for all, health and supplements can be inclusive!
