Since the products are custom and bespoke, I’d involve them in the design process so they feel invested in the outcome. I’d also keep the relationship warm with regular check-ins, early previews of new pieces, and reposting their content so they see the value in collaborating long-term. Basically, make it a two-way relationship where they’re excited to show off something they helped create

What strategies would you use to track the success of an influencer seeding campaign?

I’d track it by setting clear goals upfront like engagement rate, content volume, and conversions. I’d monitor metrics such as likes, comments, shares, and link clicks using tracking links or discount codes for each influencer. I’d also look at follower growth, website traffic from their content, and the quality of UGC we get. Then I’d compare those results to our baseline to see which influencers drove the most impact
