I am a psychology student at Fort Hays State University. Since I have been in school I have noticed I have a lot more free time to fill than when I was in high school and playing competitive sports. My hobbies I have discovered being in Hays for college are intramural sports, pickleball, working out, and reading. I spend a lot of my free time doing one of those activities or at the campus doing homework/studying.

How do you stay updated on current trends in social media platforms like TikTok and Instagram?
I scroll daily on both apps, most of my time keeping up with trends however is on TikTok. A vast majority of my screen time is spent on tiktok.
