While I have not used data management in a professional business setting, I do have experience with data management and excel through my marketing classes at the University of Miami. This past semester, I took a class titled "New Product Development" where we were tasked with picking a company, creating a new product for the chosen company, and creating an entire marketing campaign for this product. This had to include every traditional aspect of marketing a new product, such as images and advertisements, the target audience, and a sales forecast. To handle each task, my group created an excel spreadsheet to manage all of our data. This was particularly helpful for creating the sales forecast. We built a forecasting model in excel, which helped us to estimate demand and pricing for our chosen product based on the target market percentage, price point, and early adoption of the product. We were able to use this spreadsheet to determine a proper price to sell our product and create graphs of projected sales over five years to convince our professor of why this price was a good fit. Data management helped create our entire sales forecast, and after our presentation, our professor complimented my group for having one of the most thorough presentations he has seen in many years with this project.

Since entering the job force, I have had immense experience with customer service. In 2023, I worked as a Beauty Advisor at Ulta. Here I handled customer inquiries about makeup and skincare products that would work best for them, offered solutions for different beauty concerns, and also led the cash register where I handled cash, credit, returns, gift cards, and more. I have also worked in retail at the University of Miami campus store. Furthermore, I have been a hostess at a high-end restaurant for over a year where I provide customer service every day. This includes answering phones, scheduling events and reservations, handling concerns and understanding when to escalate an issue to a manager, and greeting every customer with a smiling face.

I've been editing videos for myself on TikTok for as long as I can remember. Recently, I helped a small start-up create content for their brand to increase engagement online.
