tell us about your previous customer service and/or executive assistant experiences
As a Volunteer Administrative Assistant at Stress & Grief Relief, Inc., I helped create a smooth and efficient workflow for the founder. I managed everything from data and emails to scheduling and planning social media content, as well as drafting internal communications to keep the organization running seamlessly. I also gained valuable customer service and support specialist experience as a Mental Health Outreach Assistant at Supportiv, where I connected people to resources and promoted mental health. I adored helping others feel seen and supported, and that is exactly why I am so excited about the opportunity to work directly with Kodi Kitchen Berg and the Equipt team! I am ready to bring my organizational skills and supportive mindset to a company that is all about helping people live healthier, more connected lives.

My efforts primarily contributed to a more organized workflow, significantly reducing scheduling headaches for them.
