What does wellness mean to you? And how do you integrate it in your life?
Wellness to me means taking care of yourself mentally, physically, and emotionally. It means to know what your impact your health has on you and to accept it into your life. I integrate wellness by waking up early, starting my day off with a calm routine that helps set my mood for the rest of the day.
