Describe your approach to onboarding new partners efficiently.
Send a friendly message with benefits highlighted, to pique their interest first. This would include how I believe our company and the influencers' values align, and compliment them on how well I think they are already doing. I would then highlight clear expectations of onboarding, required assets, and campaign briefs. Lastly I would schedule a welcome meeting for any questions and making sure they understand the process.

How would you identify influencers that align with a brand’s values?
Firstly I would, clearly identify what the brand stands for and who the brand wants to reach. I would then research influencers in the same niche who hold the same values as our company and evaluate how their behavior and posts align with the company. I would then research the influencer's history of drama or past relationships with other creators to ensure that their past does not affect the company.
