I am always posting TikTok videos showcasing what I meal-prepped for the week and sharing recipe ideas. I have also posted tutorials for some of the recipes I make (most recently chia seed pudding). I would utilize a Painterland Sisters yogurt (Savannah's Peach is calling my name) to make a summer-fresh yogurt bowl or chia seed pudding.
