Can you describe a time when you provided exceptional customer service in a fast-paced event environment?
When I was working my former hostess job, I encountered a very upset customer who was adamant about being sat, even though I had given her an hour wait time. I kept my cool and offered my manager to speak with her as she was the one who settled her.
