Tell us about your experience in sales, and why you want to work for our brand to help us grow!
I've worked at pop-up stands for craft fairs and fundraisers, as a front-of-house sales person, and also as a manager of the event. I'd love to join the team because I've often looked for custom merch for various clubs or events, and would love to be able to highlight this brand, and the work that's being done to carry out people's visions.

Describe a time you successfully followed up to close a sale.
While working at pop-up stands at craft fairs and fundraisers, I often try to make a connection to ask people about what they're buying and why they're looking to purchase it. I've found that talking to customers makes them feel more valued, and then they're more likely to look favorably upon the product, and purchase it.

How would you convince a client to choose our merch brand over competitors?
I would highlight the things that make the brand unique and best suited to the client. For example, I'd highlight the customizability, and ability to work with a member of the team to ensure that their vision is properly carried out for whatever merch that they're buying. I'd also highlight the quality of the pieces, and connect them with a person on the team if they had any further questions or concerns.
