I believe am right for recruiting and leading a group because of the past experience I have gained the social media and leadership skills to help me succeed in such a scenario. I learned while recruiting to balance quantity and quality to achieve my goal in the best and most effective outcome. As a college student myself I am already immersed in the culture and will use that to my advantage. In my current employment, I am a team lead and assist with training, coaching, and development. The experiences I’ve had has allowed me to face a problem/task in a detailed manner. My preferred method of leading is motivation and empowerment. I am also very reliable and willing to dedicate time until the task is complete.
