Pitch an idea for a post that drives people to sign up their older family members for free tech support.
One of the more common struggles with the younger generation would be (*painting a scene*):
You are sleeping after class and very tired and you plan on sleeping late. Bright and early in the morning your grandparent calls you because they cannot hear the movie playing on their laptop and they think it is broken. You lead them through basic troubleshooting only to find out that their speaker was just muted and it needed to be unmuted. So to avoid being woken up, you sign them up for free tech support so that they have people to contact for those pesky tech issues
