Describe your approach to onboarding new partners efficiently.
My goal for onboarding is to handle the logistics so the partner can focus entirely on the creative. If they’re asking 'What's next?', I haven't onboarded them properly.

How would you identify influencers that align with a brand’s values?

Is their message consistent, or do they flip-flop on their beliefs? The Follower Sentiment: Read the comments. Does their community value them for their insight or just their aesthetic?Adjacent Interests: Ensure their other partnerships don't contradict yours (e.g., a fitness influencer who also promotes sugary energy drinks).3. The Outreach "Vibe Check"When you reach out, don't send a contract—send a question. Ask: "What about our brand mission actually resonates with your personal goals?" Their answer will tell you immediately if they are a partner or just a vendor.
