What is your strategy and approach making content for a brand like ours?
My strategy for making content for a brand like PYM is to lead with authenticity, relatability, and emotional connection—especially since your mission is so deeply rooted in mental wellness and proactive self-care. I start by really understanding the “why” behind the brand. For PYM, that means centering content around calming routines, emotional regulation, and reducing everyday stress in a way that feels approachable, not clinical. From there, I ask: how would someone actually use this in their real life? Whether it’s a young professional trying to wind down after work, someone navigating anxiety, or someone simply building healthier habits—I aim to speak to that moment. Tactically, I use a mix of short-form UGC-style content (like voiceover “day in the life” or “get unready with me” videos) and wellness-driven storytelling. I pay attention to trends and audio that can be adapted to PYM’s tone—grounded, hopeful, and informed. I also keep consistency in mind: everything should reflect the brand’s visual identity, values, and tone across platforms. And finally, I’m mindful of metrics—I track what performs well (shares, saves, comments), and iterate based on what’s resonating, always keeping the focus on building trust and community.

What are 2 content ideas you have for ello?
1. “Meal Prep for the Office Girlie on the Go” Concept: As a full-time corporate banking analyst in downtown Toronto, I commute daily and rely heavily on meal prep to stay nourished during the week. Sundays are my reset days, and I batch-cook lunches to help me stay on track. This video would show how Ello’s containers make that process seamless—keeping meals fresh, organized, and easy to grab on hectic mornings. Shots & Script Outline: Me prepping 3–4 colorful, balanced meals and packing them into Ello containers Snapping the lids shut and neatly stacking them in the fridge Clip of my packed work bag with the container fitting perfectly inside Cut to lunchtime at my office desk—opening the container to reveal still-fresh food On-screen text or voiceover: “Busy week ahead? Meal prep once and stay nourished all week. Ello makes it easy—and office bag friendly.” Where I’ll Share It: My personal Instagram, where I post lifestyle, wellness, and food content to a niche but engaged audience The Hot Yoga on 17th studio account I manage, which has a strong wellness-following and local Calgary audience that loves content about self-care and healthy routines 2. “From Hot Yoga to Nourished at Home” Concept: Outside of my corporate job, I also help run my parents’ two hot yoga studios in Calgary. After a long workday or a deep sweat session, the last thing I want to do is cook from scratch. This video would show how Ello supports my wellness lifestyle—making it easy to nourish my body post-yoga with ready meals that actually stay fresh. Shots & Script Outline: Footage of me finishing a hot yoga class, wiping sweat, rolling up my mat Transition to home: opening the fridge, Ello containers neatly lined up Me eating one of the prepped meals while cozying up post-class (think robe, candle, glass of water or tea) On-screen text or voiceover: “From yoga mat to dinner table in under a minute. Ello keeps my post-sweat meals fresh and stress-free.” Where I’ll Share It: My personal account to reach young, wellness-minded professionals balancing full-time work and health The Hot Yoga University District & 17th Ave Instagram pages, where our audience already engages with self-care, food, and routine content—making it a perfect fit for Ello’s brand.
