Can you share an experience where your data management skills positively impacted business operations?
At Paramount, I reviewed and recategorized over 1,200 ServiceNow cases to improve data accuracy and clarity. Many cases had been categorized under broad or incorrect labels, making it difficult to identify trends. I updated category tags and case descriptions to ensure each was properly classified, resulting in a cleaner, more organized dataset. This data management effort provided clearer insights into common employee issues, team response patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.

Last summer I was the HR Operations intern at Paramount, where my daily responsibilities included troubleshooting tickets related to pay, benefits, policies, and processes. I developed strong customer service skills by tailoring communication styles to employees, being patient, and staying organized. I'm a self-starter and feel satisfied helping others.
