Can you share an experience where you successfully drove sales through customer engagement?
I have never explicitly sold a product through customer engagement, but I have advertised and generated interest in an activity. I was successful by efficiently outlining the when / where / why at the start of the conversation so the patron knew exactly what I was promoting and how easy it would be to participate. I would plan to offer the same approach for product.

How do you approach engaging with customers during live product demonstrations?
I would approach engagement by first observing the availability of the audience. Recognizing the focus of the shopper allows for a more thoughtful introduction to the offering and would allow me to adjust to the best / most efficient approach to introduce and advertise the product.
