Share a time you had to think creatively to solve a problem?
When I worked at a local bakery, I had to work to solve the problem of splitting up tasks to get them done effectively and efficiently. I talked to my coworkers and determined everyone’s strengths and used them to benefit the business. I had the task of assigning tasks so I used those individual strengths to assign the daily tasks and improve the speed and efficiency of the bakery.

I managed all social media accounts for a clothing store I worked for in New York. I started a TikTok account for the store, started contests and giveaways, promoted new items in stock, and got my friends to spread awareness through their personal platforms as well.
