How will you hold members accountable for completing tasks on time?
Given the opportunity, I would hold members accountable by reminding them why they started their journey. Commonly the reasons why a person started down a certain path are the same reasons as to why they keep pushing forward. Maintain a certain change of life is difficult but with enough consistency, one will see positive results.
