Making sure to use all my senses to capture the flavor profiles such as smell taste and texture. Writing down key elements of the product and making the review be concise but efficient.

What qualities would you look for in a premium non-alcoholic aperitif like Ghia?
Health benefits, as someone with gut issues I'd want this product to improve them and not hurt them. Also if the product is looking to serve as a substitute for alcohol making it discrete enough for people not trying to show off.
