What draws you to storytelling through wellness, beauty, or intentional living?
I have always been around wellness and beauty my whole life. Being a college athlete, I have had to really learn how to take care of my body. From stomach to skin, everything needed a change. I really dove deep into what would benefit me to build my health and performance.
