I have demonstrated my ability to build strong relationships through my leadership role as the Director of the Nuqsh Mentorship Program. When I stepped into the role, I managed a large network of mentors and mentees, focusing on creating a supportive and effective mentorship structure. I developed guidebooks for both mentors and mentees, ensuring clear communication and expectations. Additionally, I established a committee that paired mentors and mentees based on merit, concealing identifying information to ensure unbiased decisions.Beyond structuring the program, I actively engaged with both mentors and mentees, building trust and rapport while encouraging open communication. This approach not only strengthened the relationships within the mentorship network but also led to significant KPIs, including increased mentee success in securing admissions to top U.S. universities.This experience reflects my ability to foster meaningful connections and create supportive environments, essential qualities for a business development role.

Yes, you have relevant experience in sales and account management through your leadership roles in the Nuqsh Mentorship Program and Fung Fellowship. As the director of the Nuqsh Mentorship Program, you managed relationships with a large network of mentors and mentees, established systems for unbiased mentor-mentee pairing, and developed guidebooks to streamline the mentorship process. Additionally, in your role as Alumni Relations Lead at the Fung Fellowship, you have engaged with alumni and external partners, fostering connections and expanding the fellowship’s network. These roles required skills in stakeholder management, relationship building, and strategic outreach, all of which align with sales and account management experience.
