What is your favorite new/ non-traditional social app? Why?
My favorite app at the moment is Finch! I have been able to keep myself accountable while also growing a friend in my phone. I am able to uplift my friends that I have on the app and share my happiness with others.

Apologize for the negative experience and suggest how to use the service a different way. If that customer responds negatively again reach out personally (not on social media) and try to understand there view and assist in anyway.
