what are some example studios you would target in this role?
I’d start by targeting boutique studios and hospitality wellness spaces that align with Equipt’s design-forward and movement-driven mission. In the Los Angeles area, this could include any classy and upscale workout classes. Studios such as Forma, Solidcore and trending pilates studios all emphasize community, intentional movement, and aesthetic experience. I’d also look at high-end hotel wellness programs like those at Proper Hotels, 1 Hotel West Hollywood, or The Maybourne Beverly Hills, where beautifully designed equipment could elevate guest experiences. My goal would be to identify partners who not only share Equipt’s wellness values but also create environments where movement is an extension of lifestyle.

Can you give an example of a successful outreach strategy you have implemented in the past?
Yes! As a Campus Ambassador for Melinda Maria, I successfully helped boost sales and brand visibility by developing a content-driven outreach strategy. I identified key moments on campus—like events within my sorority and campus gatherings—where I could organically promote the brand, and paired that with creative, on-brand social content that resonated with my peers. By combining in-person engagement with targeted digital touchpoints, I helped drive high sales conversion and build genuine excitement around the brand. That experience taught me how to meet audiences where they are, which is essential when building meaningful partnerships.

I would approach building relationships with potential partners through a mix of thoughtful research, personalized outreach, and genuine curiosity. With my experience as a Community Lead for FORM and a Campus Ambassador for Melinda Maria, I’ve learned how important it is to lead with shared values and create authentic connections. I’d tailor my outreach to reflect each studio or hospitality partner’s unique brand and mission, focusing on how Equipt’s design-led, wellness-forward approach could elevate their customer experience. From there, I’d focus on clear communication and consistent follow-up to nurture trust and collaboration.
