Describe a time you handled a challenging client communication.
At Mind The Gap Coffee, I once worked with a regular customer who became upset due to a long wait time during a particularly busy morning rush. They were visibly frustrated and felt their concerns weren't being acknowledged. I approached them calmly, actively listened without interrupting, and apologized sincerely for the inconvenience. Rather than just offering a quick fix, I explained what caused the delay and assured them we were working on better systems to handle peak times. I offered a complimentary drink and invited them to share any additional feedback. After that conversation, they not only returned regularly but even thanked me later for how I handled the situation professionally and respectfully. It was a great reminder that empathy and transparency can turn a negative experience into a positive one.

How do you prioritize tasks when managing multiple clients?
When managing multiple clients or projects, I prioritize tasks by assessing urgency, importance, and deadlines. I communicate proactively with clients to clarify expectations and timelines, then build a daily plan that aligns with overall goals. I also leave room for flexibility in case urgent issues arise, and I use tools like shared calendars, task managers, or project boards to stay organized and transparent. This approach allows me to deliver consistent, high-quality support without missing critical deadlines.

Which brands do you think are doing social media visuals really well right now—and why?
Bellesa Boutique is doing social media visuals really well. They have a clearly defined aesthetic regardless of type of post and everything is very sleek and sexy. As a personal wellness brand, they need to advertise their product without upsetting community guidelines/the algorithm, so the professional girl aesthetic works.
