What's the best way to tap into Gen Z's attention through a social media campaign?

The best way would be with a short memorable video. Gen Z has a very short attention span so if you do not grab it within a few seconds they will not pay any attention to your product whatsoever. Leaving an impression on them is also very important so they continue to think about the ad that they saw instead of forgetting about it right away.

What's the most important part of building a brand's digital strategy and community online?

The most important part of a building a community that is personal and relatable. Many websites are just cut and dry with out any creativity. They make it seem robotic. A good company has many people involved with personal stories that others can relate to.

Please give one example of how you would encapsulate the Female Founder Collective persona and voice through a TikTok?

I think getting different female business owners to do a "take over" video would be really interesting. Allowing them to highlight their accomplishments, tell their story, or share how they created their business allows them to feel more personable, get the name out about their businesses, and inspire young girls to follow their dreams.
