As someone with recently diagnosed PCOS my whole life has changed and I realized so many things that I already assumed were normal or I couldn't figure out why they were happening to me were all because of hormone imbalance in my body. From then I have had to be super intentional with everything that I put into my body and the way that I am taking care of my body in order to not only be healthy but to also regulate my hormones. It became about understanding my body, listening to the signs it gives me, and supporting it in a way that works for me. Going through all of this has made health and wellness the biggest part of my life and I have now found it to be very personal and empowering. I also love learning as much as I can because I have become the friend that gives all my friends health advice and gives them recommendations on what they should use.
