My favourite streaming platform is Amazon prime for a couple of reasons. I love how they display the actors currently on screen and provide fun facts about them. The wide variety of shows and movies make it my go to streaming platform. I also enjoy the rent feature as I don’t have to go to suspicious websites that might give my laptop a virus.

Wellness means to take a break when you need, to take care of your mind, body and soul. In my life, I do a lot of things to take care of myself such as regular exercise, yoga, eating well, sleeping at the same time each night, putting on my favourite show after a long day of school. These are all some examples of how I’m mindful of my wellness and wellbeing.
