What's three important aspects you consider when adopting a new social app into your daily screen time?
That it's user friendly (many new apps don't get big because of this problem, like pillowfort or mastodon), it focuses on one thing only (media, text, audio, etc) and it's accesible for everyone, including deaf, blind and other disabled people.

How will you hold members accountable for completing tasks on time?
I would do gentle reminders at first but if that doesn't work I would have a serious conversation about what's stopping them from meeting their deadlines and how to solve it together.
How would the content you create help build a community and at the same time give the customer assurance on the product they are going to purchase?
I would be relatable and sincere but at the same time this transparency would highlight the product and the brand
