Describe a 15-second video concept you’d create to showcase Chara.

A potential video concept I would create for Chara is a “day in my life” video. A frozen treat is a natural part of my everyday routine, so the video would follow me through key moments of my day- going to practice, attending classes, and studying- before ending the night by stopping at Lunds or opening my freezer to grab a Chara ice cream. Incorporating my identity as an athlete is essential to this concept because it reinforces the idea that Chara’s ingredients are clean and align with a healthy lifestyle. Showing athletes naturally enjoying the product in their daily routines highlights that Chara fits seamlessly into an active, health-conscious lifestyle, making it feel authentic rather than promotional.

List 3 brands whose social content you enjoy or feel aligned with your style.

The brands that align most with my personal style are not necessarily corporations, but people. Creators like Emma Pritchard and Brett Chody come to mind because when they post, it doesn’t feel like they are trying to sell me something. Instead, they invite their audience into their lives in a vulnerable and genuine way, which makes me want to engage with their content and feel excited when I see glimpses of their everyday experiences. Their authenticity makes their content feel relatable and real. One corporate brand I enjoy engaging with is Nike. When Nike posts, their content is consistently motivational and aligns with my values, particularly in how they represent strength, empowerment, and what it means to be a female athlete.

What makes content feel authentic to you?

What makes content feel authentic to me is how closely it aligns with my goals, values, and passions. When I create something, I want it to genuinely reflect who I am rather than feel forced or performative. I don’t want to present myself in ways I wouldn’t be comfortable with in my everyday life. Authentic content should feel like a natural extension of my routine and who I am outside of social media, not a separate or artificial version of myself.
