I think instagram is the best for property management marketing because it’s highly visual, makes it easy to showcase properties through photos, reels, and stories. It’s also allows targeted ads to reach local renters or buyers. LinkedIn can also be valuable for connections but instagram attracts customers everyday

How would you increase engagement on a social media page with low interaction?
First I would analyze the audience and the current content to see what isn’t resonating. Then I’d focus on posting interactive content with the audiences like polls, Q&A, shorts videos while replying to followers through comments and replies. Finally, I’d use consistent posting trending sounds/hashtags and collaborations with micro influencers to boost visibility and interaction.
