I believe effective client communication comes from first understanding the client and building a foundation of trust with them. That can look like providing weekly or biweekly progress reports. I also like to match their communication style and preference, such as text, call, in-person meeting, Zoom, etc.

How do you prioritize tasks when managing multiple client accounts?
I prioritize time sensitive tasks first and foremost, focusing on deadlines or emergencies. High priority is placed upon tasks that directly impact retention and revenue. After that, it goes down to routine maintenance.
