How would you approach sourcing influencers from different creator communities?
I would first check their audiences, how old they are, and what they are into. After checking the demographics of the followers, I would then check the creator's background, to see if they fit the recruiter's standards.

How do you provide constructive feedback on product quality?
I can provide feedback about a piece of jewelry by testing it on my rather sensitive skin and checking the quality of it. Also, I can wear it out on Campus and get input from my friends and campus mates.
