What gets you excited about working in the beauty industry?
The branding. I like to see how companies (small and large) create their branding to stand-out in the market. I especially like seeing how the beauty industry is moving toward vegan and cruelty-free products.
I also loved when Rihanna launched Fenty and released the inclusive shades, which I believe was the catalyst for other brands to release more inclusive items.
