What will be your strategy with sourcing influencers?

When sourcing influencers, I start by clearly defining our campaign goals and target audience so I know exactly what kind of reach and engagement we need. Then I dive into both discovery tools and manual research, scanning hashtags, “suggested” lists, and trending content, to find creators whose style and values align with the brand. I thoroughly vet each candidate by examining engagement quality (not just follower counts) and checking for authentic interactions. Once I have a shortlist, I send personalized outreach messages that reference their previous work and outline our objectives, ensuring transparency around deliverables and compensation. Finally, I track performance through real-time metrics and nurture ongoing relationships with top performers so we can refine our approach and scale collaborations that deliver genuine, measurable results.

I’ve always been passionate about influencer marketing because I spend hours each day scrolling through social media to spot rising trends, viral content, and emerging creator partnerships. By staying up-to-date on what’s resonating, whether it’s a new TikTok challenge or an Instagram micro-influencer making waves, I can quickly recommend fresh, data-driven ideas that drive authentic engagement and deliver measurable results.
