what does wealth mean to you? (no wrong answers!)
Wealth means freedom to me. I don’t see it as owning luxurious items, I see it as having options. It means I can start a business without fear, leave a job I hate because I have the money to.

share how you'd encourage students to save and plan for long-term wealth.
I’d show them that waiting is expensive. There is a "cost of delay" that is almost impossible to make up later in life. • The 20-year-old vs. the 30-year-old: If you invest $200 a month starting at age 20, you could have roughly $1 million by age 65 (assuming a 7-8% return). • If you wait until age 30 to start, you’d have to invest almost double that amount every month to end up with the same result.

What part(s) of personal finance do you think every student should know?
Budgeting. 50% for needs, 30% for wants, 20% for debt or savings.
