Can you give an example of a piece of jewelry you tested in the past and the insights you provided for improvement?

I've tested gold hoops and they would tarnish after showering. I suggested that you make sure you remove the jewelry first and/or dry them off thoroughly to maintain the quality

How would you approach testing the durability of the ear cuff in different scenarios?

I’d test the ear cuff in ways people actually wear it day-to-day — like during a workout, while showering, sleeping, or even just running errands. Basically, I’d put it through real-life scenarios to see if it stays secure, keeps its shape, and still looks good. Then I’d share that process in a fun way on social, almost like a “we tried it so you don’t have to” vibe, so the audience knows it’s not just cute, it’s reliable too.

Can you share an example of a successful UGC content campaign you have executed in the past?

One example I’m really proud of was with KAMA (Keep America Moving Ahead). We wanted to highlight how students were engaging with the movement, so I encouraged people to share their own stories and experiences on social media using our hashtags. I made it easy by giving them prompts and templates, then reposted their content across our channels. That UGC campaign really boosted engagement because it wasn’t just us talking about KAMA — it was real students showing how they connected with the mission. It created authenticity, built community, and gave the brand more visibility without it feeling forced.
