What strategies do you employ to grow an organization's social media following and increase engagement with the audience?
engage with the audience. Ask questions that the audience can answer in the comments. collaborations with other organizations. giveaways, consistent posting, high quality posts, and posting at high engagement times.

How do you adapt your social media strategy to target different demographics or international audiences?
collaborating with influencers these audiences enjoy, make sure the language meets the audience on a relatability level. I am a very adaptable person so forming a base at different audience groups is something I can understand almost immediately.

Can you describe your process for developing a social media content calendar?
First understand the clients target audience and desired outcome for their social media presence. Then analyze what they are already doing and how its performing, and how things can be improved. Find key themes and categories that are the underlying foundation of the social media accounts, and create content that stays true to these. Develop goals for the accounts growth whether its website traffic or just brand awareness. Keep content engaging throughout. Look at where there is the most engagement and make sure to post at those times. Create content that has a great ratio of different content based off of what is most important to the client.
