what current brands speak to you and why?

Liquid death!!! They turned water into a personality. It is anti-corporate, meme-savvy, with zero seriousness. They stopped selling a product and started selling vibes + belonging.

High Noon - clean, simple, trustable. Vodka-based = perceived as “higher quality.” Easy mental math: real spirits, fewer regrets. No confusion, no gimmicks.

How would you engage students to try a new beverage on campus?

Pop-Up “Recharge Stations”: Set up Spikedade pop-ups near frat/sorority houses, campus quads, tailgates, spring festivals, & post-gym hotspots branding it as a “Recharge Station” (not a booze table). I'd use bright electric colors with the Ice-cold cans on display. Have Tik-Tok vibes music playing and saying things like “you look like a no bubbles person—try this.” I would make it feel like discovery, not selling. I would also own the anti-seltzer positioning by leaning HARD into no bubbles, no bloating, no weird aftertaste and say things like “If White Claw hurt you, this won’t.” “This is what you drink before you go out.” “Vodka lemonade without the sugar crash.”
