Rare beauty had a great social media presence. They are set apart from others because as they are constantly promoting their new and improved products, the marketing team takes time to respond to comments and dm’s on the social media pages and the team does their best to respond to questions, comments, and concerns in a timely manner. They are set apart because it doesn’t seem as if they are just trying to sell products, it seems that they care about the customers as well.
