I have done this for the past 2 months, but my access to Apple Music has just expired!

One of my all-time favorite songs is "Song for Me" by Greer. I've named this song one of my favorites maybe 5 years ago, and it continues to be a song I come back to for comfort. The lyrics of this song speak of longing, reflection, and a little bit of regret. Despite this, it makes me feel a lot of nostalgia. I feel like this comes from my past feelings of regret on how I handled certain situations, yet I am grateful I can listen to this song, reflect on the past, and look forward to the mistakes I've make in the future and the lessons I'll have learned by the next time I give the song a listen! :)

I have been a musician for over a decade now! I took piano lessons when I was in grade school and have played the French horn in semi-professional settings for 10 years now! I am currently a university student where I am a member of the symphonic band and marching band while pursuing a minor in Music Studies! I am a musician, but I am even more of an avid music listener! I love all kinds of genres and really enjoy dissecting what I listen to, but some of my favorite artists include Mitski, Beabadoobee, My Chemical Romance, Radiohead, Young the Giant, and Hozier. I've taken several classes in high school and university where I've had to write papers analyzing sound or examining the lyrics, technique and meaning behind a song. With that being said, I am confident in my familiarity with music in many different ways!
