New Brew's brand involves tapping into nuanced cultural conversations. Can you describe a time when you navigated sensitive or complex topics in your creative work, and how did you ensure your approach was authentic and resonated appropriately?

I am graduating from Miami Ohio and moving to Texas, where my cousin attended and is involved with organizations at Texas A&M, and my family is very involved with the University of Texas. During a communications course project, I created a social media awareness campaign addressing mental health stigma among college students, a topic that required sensitivity and authenticity. To ensure the messaging resonated and avoided stereotypes, I conducted peer interviews, reviewed credible mental health sources, and collaborated with a campus counseling center for guidance. I focused on real student stories and inclusive language to foster relatability and trust. The campaign received positive feedback from classmates and faculty for its respectful tone and impact, reinforcing my belief that approaching complex topics with empathy, research, and lived experiences leads to meaningful and culturally aware content.

Tell us about a time you took initiative beyond your typical responsibilities to drive results. What motivated you, and what was the outcome? -- Are you 21 years or older?

I am 21, about to turn 22 in May. During my internship as a Digital Marketing & Event Sponsor Coordinator at Valley Truck Centers, I noticed our social media engagement was underperforming, even though my role was primarily event-focused. I took the initiative to analyze our content strategy and pitched a plan to revamp our approach, incorporating trending formats, customer testimonials, and real-time event coverage. Motivated by my desire to make a measurable impact, I collaborated with the media team to launch a new content calendar that increased our Instagram engagement by over 60% in six weeks. Several sponsors also reshared our content, expanding our reach and reinforcing our brand presence. As a result, I was entrusted with more responsibility managing the social channels, solidifying my passion for growth marketing and taking action beyond expectations to drive results.

How would you approach developing a comprehensive digital marketing campaign for a unique product like New Brew's non-alcoholic beverages?

To develop a comprehensive digital marketing campaign for New Brew’s non-alcoholic beverages, I would focus on positioning the product as a sophisticated, mindful alternative for adults 21 and over who want to enjoy the social rituals of drinking without the effects of alcohol. The campaign would highlight wellness, lifestyle, and flavor through highly visual content on Instagram and TikTok, including mixology reels, influencer partnerships, and user-generated content. I would also leverage targeted social ads, SEO-driven blog posts about sober living, and partnerships with wellness influencers and sober-curious communities. This multi-platform strategy would build brand awareness, drive engagement, and convert interest into sales
