Do you have experience in influencer outreach and management?
While I haven't held a formal influencer outreach role, I have experience in community engagement, event promotion, and relationship-building that directly align with influencer management. As a Senior Active Member of Sigma Phi Omega, I helped organize fundraisers and philanthropic events, where I coordinated with different groups and individuals to promote our initiatives. This involved leveraging social media, crafting outreach messages, and fostering engagement which is similar to influencer collaboration strategies.
Additionally, my experience in customer facing roles at Buc-ee’s, Musashino, and Schlitterbahn has strengthened my ability to communicate effectively, build relationships, and manage logistics, all of which are crucial in influencer outreach. I’m also highly organized and detail oriented, ensuring smooth coordination of partnerships and product send outs.
I'm eager to apply these skills to strategically identify, connect with, and manage influencers to enhance a brand's presence. I'm also a quick learner and excited to refine my expertise in this area.

Can you share an example of a successful social media engagement strategy you implemented in the past?
During my time as a Senior Active Member of Sigma Phi Omega, I helped organize and promote two successful community fundraisers, each raising over $500 to fund sisterhood events. I played a key role in engaging our audience through social media by crafting compelling posts, leveraging interactive content such as polls and Q&A sessions, and encouraging user-generated content to boost participation.
Additionally, I assisted in planning SAFE Week, an on-campus philanthropy marathon benefiting The SAFE Alliance Austin. To maximize engagement, I collaborated with members to create a content calendar, developed targeted messaging tailored to different social platforms, and actively interacted with followers by responding to comments and DMs. These efforts increased attendance at the events and strengthened our organization’s online presence. This experience honed my ability to strategize, execute, and analyze social media engagement efforts to drive meaningful community interactions.

How do you prioritize outreach efforts to influencers and creators?
I prioritize outreach efforts by first identifying influencers and creators whose audience aligns with a brand's values, aesthetic, and target demographic. I categorize them based on engagement rate, audience relevance, and past collaborations to ensure outreach is strategic and impactful.
From there, I segment outreach into three tiers:
High-Impact Influencers & Brand Ambassadors: These are key partnerships with strong engagement and a loyal following. I prioritize building long term relationships with them for sustained brand awareness.
Mid-Tier Influencers & Affiliates: I focus on engaging creators who have an authentic connection with their audience and can drive conversions through organic recommendations.
Micro-Influencers & Community Builders: These creators may have smaller followings but high engagement, making them valuable for grassroots growth and brand advocacy.
I also align outreach efforts with marketing campaigns, product launches, and seasonal trends to maximize exposure. Consistent engagement, such as commenting on their content and fostering a genuine relationship before outreach, helps ensure a higher response rate and authentic partnerships. Lastly, I track the performance of influencer collaborations to refine my outreach strategy and optimize future partnerships.
