Share a time when you've been able to mobilize a group of people around a product, service, or cause you feel passionate about?
When people ask me how I overcame my depression, I tell them it took years but only recently did I notice how much self care helped me go through it faster. I tell people, “When you look good, you feel good”, because it’s true. Bad hair day, bad skin day, instinct is to wear a hat, wear a mask, etc. All in all, hiding what is “not looking good”. I’ve been able to get my friends to really focus on skin care because it is our biggest organ, we need to take care of it.
