Describe a time you handled a challenging client communication.
One of the biggest hurdles that comes up is a lack of communication, often leading to misunderstandings and frustration. This is why, as a leader of several campus orgs, with previous experience in other sectors as well, I always am very clear about expectations, deadlines and communication. I respond in a timely manner and expect the same. There have been instances of club members not meeting their responsibilities, in which I first check in with them to make sure everything's alright. Then, I redefine expectations and do whatever I can to make sure communication runs smoothly from then on out.

How do you prioritize tasks when managing multiple clients?
When managing multiple clients, I look at whose inquiries are most quickly and easily answered. If it takes me just a few seconds to reply, that's usually something easy to check off the list. In the meantime, the most urgent inquiries/tasks are at top of priority for me. These are usually questions that cannot be easily answered simply by looking at the web page, often requiring a more in-depth review. Additionally, I'd place more time-sensitive inquiries as top priority, subsequently going down the list from there. It's important to stay consistent and reliable to ensure smooth communication and progress.
