In Fall ’26, I’ll be a senior at the University of Florida (21), and my concept for the program is “Don’t Let the Night Die” which will be a short-form video series centered around college nightlife in Gainesville. The idea starts with a very relatable moment: my friends and I leaving a bar and standing outside deciding where to go next, with that awkward “so… what now?” feeling. Then it cuts into a high-energy montage of us calling an Uber and continuing the night, going to another spot, grabbing late-night food, and showing the ride itself as part of the fun. The hook would be something like, “POV: the night doesn’t end because you have a ride.” I’d incorporate quick, natural clips with text overlays like “no DD stress,” “split the ride,” and “get home safe,” so it still feels real but highlights Uber’s value. It’s something I could turn into a series too for game days, bar hopping or even ordering Uber Eats, so it stays fresh and really connects with the UF/college audience in an authentic way.
