A non-work-related interest that has helped me professionally is my passion for photography. It has sharpened my attention to detail, creativity, and understanding of visual storytelling, which translates well into content creation and marketing. Photography has also taught me how to think outside the box and approach problems with a fresh perspective—skills that are invaluable when developing innovative campaigns or collaborating on brand strategy.

When I collaborated with influencers for brand partnerships at a Parisian brand, I focused on working with those whose style and audience truly aligned with our brand values. Building authentic relationships was key—we wanted influencers to genuinely love our products and reflect that naturally in their content. I provided them with creative freedom while keeping clear brand guidelines to maintain a consistent message. Co-creating unique content was essential, and I always prioritized influencers based on engagement rates, audience demographics, and the quality of past collaborations to ensure the best fit.

To ensure consistency in brand messaging and visuals, I'd create clear brand guidelines covering tone, visuals, and style. A structured content approval process helps maintain alignment across assets. Using templates and presets ensures a uniform look, while team training fosters a shared understanding of the brand. Centralizing creative assets in a shared library makes it easy for everyone to access approved materials. These practices ensure a cohesive brand presence across all platforms.
