Share a time you sold something successfully? (This could be in a part-time job, school, or personal life).
My experience through sales was primarily within the real estate industry- so I had lots of experience with client and agent communications. The role at hand was to listen to my clients needs then proceed to find a home that fit said needs. Once, we ended up finding a home that my client loved we ended up submitting an application but found a conflict at hand. There were other applicants on the home that my client fell in love with.In this situation, I needed to be solution oriented, but still remain realistic and keep in mind my client and what they wanted. After discussing the situation with my client; we had come to an agreement to put 3 months rent up front and relayed this information to the listing agent. We managed to stay within my clients financial budget, were able to beat out the other applicant and got my client the home she fell in love with.

How do you think brands can best relate and market to Gen Z?
By understanding, the wants of Gen Z. To be engaging, interactive, and "to the point". Gen Z seems to have a relatively short attention span, so rather than being 'wordy" and "time consuming", it's better to be quick and to the point.
