Can you describe a time when you effectively represented a brand at an event?
At my prior position, I represented my hospital, Cook Children’s, whenever I traveled with them for events. I would sell merchandise that had the Cook Children’s mascot on it, and would represent the hospital on its social media and publicly across the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex.

How would you engage with event attendees to create a positive brand experience?
Engaging with brands and event attendees to create a positive experience is relatively straightforward as you want to make them feel comfortable and you want to appear empathetic and supportive towards them. I am an outgoing person and am not shy, so going up and interacting with new people is something I enjoy!

Tell us about a time when maintaining accurate data was crucial to your role. How did you ensure the data stayed clean, up to date, and aligned across systems or teams?
For my prior internship, I utilized PowerBI to make sure that my Salesforce data was clean and compiled. I was able to do this by an intensive month-long training program on how to properly utilize PowerBI in the Make-A-Wish softwares. Because of this, I am confident that I am able to not only leverage my expertise in my new role, but I can adapt to any new challenges in my new role.
